Social Worker- Leelanau Office

The Benzie-Leelanau District Health Department is seeking a Social Worker for our Leelanau County maternal-child support programs, Maternal Infant Health Program and Parenting Communities. This 4-5 day a week position will allow you to make a difference in your community by providing home-based therapeutic services to families as well as supporting our multi-disciplinary team internally, and participating in regional efforts to improve access to mental health care. We are a close-knit integrated team of professionals who share a passion for community health, and an understanding of the importance of Early Childhood relationships and experiences. Our ideal candidate is a fully licensed LMSW, with Infant Mental Health Endorsement, residing in Leelanau County, however we are open to considering other options, depending on experience and expertise.
